KEY FEATURES
- 💎 [SiO2 NANO TECH] Unlike silicon oil based rain-repellent coat, VIEW OK’s fluorinated silane based ceramic nano coat forms a strong chemical bond deep into glass.
- 💎 [WORKS at LOW SPEED] Bead up and roll off at 30 ~ 50 mph speed. Car washing helps bead-up speed lower.
- 💎 [LONG LASTING] Last up to 6~12 month with single application, depending on weather condition and surface cleanliness before application
- 💎 [EASY & QUICK APPLICATION] 5 minutes wait after coat with applicator and wipe off with dry microfiber. If there’s mark on glass, simply coat it with the wet applicator and wipe off with the dry microfiber immediately. No worry about hardened mark.
- 💎 [EASIER FROST & DIRT REMOVALDE-ICING] Very low surface energy helps to remove frost, ice and dirt faster and easier
- 💎 [NO MARK AND DAMAGE ON GLASS] Without silicon oil which could result to haziness and oxidation on glass.
AMOUNT OF USE
- Per 1 spray, you can coat around 6in2 (=15.3cm2) area. For shower door of 3.66m2, you can coat it for 3~4 times with 100ml(3.38fl.oz.)
PACKAGING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Alternatives to current customer complaints
Ceramic water-repellent coatings outperform oil or wax in terms of long-term durability. This is because their nanoparticles penetrate and firmly adhere to glass.
But ceramic coatings have the property of quickly sticking to the glass, so they are likely to leave streaks or smudges that are hard to get off, especially when applied in direct sunlight or windy places. Even though ceramics are naturally durable, the high sensitivity of the application may cause people to complain that they don't last long. And one other complaint is that the rain repellent does not work when driving in the city.
So, after focusing on these issues for almost two years of R&D, we launched a product with the following distinguishing features:
1. No more difficult-to-remove coating residue
- Unlike other water-repellent coatings, it leaves no streaks, smudges, or haze, even in windy and hot glass conditions.
- The maximum allowable surface temperature of glass: is 55 °C (131 °F), while other makers recommend a maximum of 32 °C (90 °F) and shady and windless conditions.
2. Higher rate of successful application
- Allows a more comprehensive range of secure application conditions than other ceramic products.
- Beginners can get results like experts.
3. Identical visibility before and after coating
- Same Haze and Transmittance rate before and after coating
4. Water repellency while driving in the city
- Due to a highly slick surface, rain repellency begins between 25-38 mph (40-60 km/h).
1. No more difficult-to-remove coating residue
- In general, ceramic water-repellent coatings' recommended application temperatures range from 39 °F to 90 °F (4 °C to 32 °C). So does our product. But these are only ambient temperatures. If you apply other ceramic water-repellent coatings at 90°F (32°C), but in direct sunlight, you will undoubtedly notice difficult-to-remove coating residue due to the much higher surface temperatures of the glass(for example, 120°F) than the ambient temperature of 90°F. This residue will be even more severe when it’s windy at that time. What is more serious is that this will lead to much shorter durability than if applied at standard conditions.
- However, VIEW OK rain-repellent does not leave any residues or streaks even at 130°F (55°C) of the surface temperature of the glass, surely providing ceramic coating’s intrinsic long-lasting feature.
2. Higher rate of successful application
- Our lab test found that VIEW OK coated glass surprisingly did not harden even after baking at 100 °C for 1 hour. So, it is natural that it does not harden in the hot and windy yard. However, these results do not imply ensuring successful application results when applying VIEW OK coating in every unfavorable condition. As far as we know, all products have poor durability when applied on unclean surfaces or cured at low temperatures like 0 °C. Nothing's perfect.
- Nevertheless, we are proud of the fact that VIEW OK rain-repellent offers a far broader range of secure application conditions than other ceramic products, increasing the likelihood of coating success and allowing even beginners to achieve expert-level results.
3. Identical visibility before and after coating
- Transparency is an essential feature of glass. A water-repellent coating's core function is to ensure vision in rainy conditions. Contrary to the coating's intended function, however, the coating's streaks, smudges, and haze will obstruct your safe driving.
- Our testing revealed that the haze/transmittance values of the glass were nearly identical before and after the coating application.
4. Water repellency while driving in the city
- The key factors for the water-repellent function to appear at low speeds are the contact angle of a water droplet and the slip property. VIEW OK coated glass's water contact angle is 93.44 degrees, the industry average. However, the slip property is less than 12 degrees, much lower than the industry-average slip angle (generally 15 to 20 degrees).
- Due to this performance difference, our coating's water-repellency begins at low speeds of 25-38 mph (40-60 km/h). Therefore, water repellency can be observed even in urban areas.
INSTRUCTION
1. CleanThoroughly clean the surface. Make sure the surface is grease-free and dry. Apply in temperatures 39 °F to 90 °F (4 °C to 32 °C)
2. ApplyShake the bottle well. Make a wet film while dispensing (spraying) the solution by gently rubbing it with the felt applicator that comes with the kit. There should never be a cloudy or dry part; use enough liquid to make the surface glisten with a wet film. (One drop can cover an area of about 7” x 7” or less)
3. Rub the wet filmAfter 25 to 30 minutes, soak the cloth in water, wring it out tightly, and rub the wet film on the glass as if you were spreading it until the glass is clear. Rain repellency will be poor if the cloth is overly wet or if the wet film is rubbed with much pressure. Avoid contact with water or rain for 24 hours.
4. Clean the coating toolThe felt applicator and microfiber must be washed and dried well after use so that the coating doesn't lose effectiveness the next time it is used.
